Step 2: Get a fixed quote
A written scope and fixed price within 2 working days.
- 50% deposit
Step 3: Approve and pay your deposit
Accept the quote, pay a 50% deposit and we get started.
- Sign-off · 25%
Step 4: Sign off the design
You check and confirm the designs and workflows, then pay 25% before we build them out.
- Final 25%
Step 5: Test and go live
You test it, we fix anything that's off, and you pay the last 25% at go-live or handover.
- Optional care
Step 6: Keep it running
Handover and training, with optional care to keep everything flowing.
No surprises. You see the price before we start, and you sign off every stage.
Questions
Do I need to pay for tools like Zapier, Make or n8n?
Sometimes. We recommend the right tool for the job and tell you any licence costs up front in your written scope. Where it suits, we can self-host n8n on our own managed servers.
Who owns the automations and accounts?
You do. We build in your accounts wherever possible and hand over documentation.
How is the audit priced?
The Flow Audit is £495 fixed, and the fee is credited against a build over £995 booked within 90 days.
How do the Keep Flowing and Flow Forward care plans work?
There are two monthly plans: Keep Flowing at £49/month (monitoring and small fixes) and Flow Forward at £149/month (monitoring plus a few hours of changes each month). It is a monthly subscription billed through our client area (the same place hosting clients pay today), covering monitoring, fixes and small improvements. Cancel any time.
How quickly will I get a scope?
After the discovery call, you get a written scope and fixed price within 2 working days.
I am already a hosting client. Can I add automation?
Yes. Log in to the client area and request an upgrade, or book a call.
